Account Deletion Guide

This document provides detailed instructions on how to delete your account and information about data processing.

Account Deletion Process

1. Open the app and log into your account
2. Access the "Profile" menu
3. Select "Security"
4. Click "Delete my data and Account"
5. Read the information carefully and confirm account deletion
6. Click "Yes"

Data to be Deleted

After account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile picture and personal details
• Activity history and interactions
• All user-generated content
• Personal settings and preferences

Data Retention

Some data will be retained for legal requirements or security purposes:

• Transaction records (retained for 3 years as per accounting regulations)
• Security logs (retained for 6 months)
• Backup data (automatically deleted after 30 days)

Processing Time

The account deletion process will be executed as follows:

• Account will be deactivated immediately
• Personal data will be deleted within 24 hours
• Backup data will be completely removed after 30 days

Important Notice:

• Account deletion is irreversible
• All data and content will be permanently lost
• Make sure you have read our "App Privacy Policy" before making any change to your account
